Mr. Lopez is a remarkable instructor. I have a new-to-me boat and a reverse polarity issue was discovered in the survey. I had two electricians come to solve the issue and they couldn't figure it out (but still charged me). I had an online consultation with Mr. Lopez and we solved the problem in about an hour. In the process, I learned so much about my boat and how the systems work. He took the time to walk me through everything and was patient along the way.
