We are looking for a highly organized Commissioning and Warranty Agent with a yachting background and a good understanding of yacht systems.
Within our yachts brands, Leopard Catamarans, The Moorings and Sunsail, not only do we develop and sell state-of-the-art catamarans, but we plan and execute fantastic yacht charter adventures across Europe, the Caribbean and beyond. At Leopard Catamarans we design spacious, robust, performance-driven cruising catamarans which are highly adaptable to sunny destinations!
As the Commissioning & Warranty Agent for our Yachts Brokerage team your primary responsibility is to coordinate the preparation, maintenance and hand-over of our new vessel inventory through hand-over to our buyers. This position is a pivotal role within our Brokerage team where you will be working hands-on with our inventory assessing the condition of each new vessel, making maintenance recommendations as well facilitate buyer hand-offs.
What you will be doing:
Receiving and prep all new yacht inventory until successful delivery to new ownership
Conduct initial inventory walk through – check all systems, create a list of repairs and make minor repairs as needed
Facilitate coordination for any contracted yacht repairs and necessary cleanings
Ensure inventory is in pristine working order for the handover to new ownership
Warranty and after sales service
Act as the intermediary between the owners and the factory which includes; preparing, filing tracking and invoicing claims for warranty repairs
Coordinate with the factory to resolve ownership claims in a client-focused manner
Research quotes for various warranty jobs, organize large vessel repairs and perform small vessel repairs
Oversee quality control for all warranty repairs to ensure work is correct and done in a timely manner
Oversee all inventory and stock boats maintenance and security
Schedule cleanings to ensure yacht is always in exceptional showing condition
Assist in the management of factory part inventory at our Dania Beach offices which will include; purchasing, invoicing, and maintaining inventory
Oversee processing of warranty claims and any inventory related documents via DropBox and Smartsheet
Assist with handover of vessels to new owners once purchased
Preparation of vessels for boat shows and assist with inventory throughout the show
What we are looking for:
Technical skills and knowledge of yachts and yacht systems
Customer service focused communication skills
Highly detail-oriented with strong coordinating and organizational skills
Able to prioritize and manage multiple different tasks with differing timelines
Computer system and software experience (Microsoft Office and DropBox)
Generally handy and not afraid to take on small repairs
Commercially minded when making decisions
Can work collaboratively with both internal and external teams
Available for various travel assignments
Spanish language skills preferred

Job Title: Shop Manager/Lead Mechanic
Skills required:
1. Leadership, Management and Organizational Skills.
2. Professional experience servicing outboard and/or stern drive engines on trailer
able boats.
3. Proven repair efficiency; i.e. able to perform quality repairs near, at, or below flat
rate time.

Duties:

TECHNICIAN Representative
All Water Customs | AquaTraction is seeking team members to join our South Florida Team!
This position consists of both full and part time options with a flexible schedule and impressive
compensation.
AWC Technicians are responsible for Templating & Installations of our All Water Customs –
AquaTraction Custom Marine Flooring. Technicians are in the field working at marinas or
communities located on the water. Training is provided in order to efficiently utilize a PRODIM
Proliner machine for measurements as well as installation training. Customer service
communications and product knowledge is also provided during onboarding phases of each
position.
FLEXIBILITY – Projects are typically scheduled MON – FRI by AWC. Technicians are able to
cultivate their daily timeline based on scheduled projects and client availability.
AWC Technician | Requirements
• Excellent communication & organization skills.
• Ability to learn how to operate at PRODIM Proliner machine; training provided.
• Professional discipline to work remotely.
• Ability to kneel and work on boat flooring.
• Experience or knowledge of the boating / fishing / marine industry is encouraged, but not
required.
• Travel to service areas within local FL territory
